Friendly Growth Capital is a venture fund investing in early stage technology companies with network effects in the United States and globally. The fund was founded and is run by serial technology entrepreneurs Alison Maizner and Jonathen Armstrong.

Friendly Growth Capital  partners with talented entrepreneurs to help them build global market-leading businesses. Our investment team is based in Silicon Valley but we invest globally – our portfolio companies operate in more than 25 countries (primarily in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe). We stand out by helping our portfolio companies scale globally in Europe, South East Asia,and Australia where our partners have access to strong networks of technology entrepreneurs, investors, and tech company executives.  We open these powerful networks to the companies we invest in, which helps them scale across borders faster.

We also help our portfolio companies raise follow on financing by giving them access to more than 1,000 US and global VC, growth funds, and family offices that we have business relationships with. Our founding team has more than 30 years of collective experience of venture investing in technology and media companies, having backed over 35 companies globally since 1999. We have been involved as investors, advisors or entrepreneurs in more than 50 completed transactions with companies whose total market capitalization is more than $4 billion. Friendly Growth Capital is backed by global family offices, technology entrepreneurs and other financial investors as limited partners.
